Assistant Retreat Leader: Freelance Self-Employed

Could you develop your retreat leadership and facilitation skills through direct mentorship at Sharpham?
We're looking for freelance Assistant Retreat Leaders to support retreats at The Coach House Retreat Centre. You'll work alongside experienced facilitators, helping to hold retreats while developing skills in meditation guidance, nature connection practices, and holding contemplative space.

Retreats are typically 4–6 nights, with flexible commitment depending on your availability. Some people may support 1–2 retreats per month, others more occasionally. Accommodation and all meals are provided during retreats.

This role may suit you if you:
    •    Live within travelling distance of Totnes 
    •    Have an established personal practice and some facilitation experience 
    •    Are excited by the learning and mentorship opportunity 
    •    Can work flexibly 

This role is unlikely to suit those seeking a consistent primary income or guaranteed regular work.
    •    £150/day (Freelance Self-Employed)

    •    Starting October 2026
