The Master of Studies in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy at the University of Oxford includes a yearly mindfulness retreat. We are very pleased to hold these retreats at Sharpham House. The beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, delicious vegetarian meals, and helpful staff provide a warm and supportive environment for our students to develop their mindfulness practice and deepen the personal understandings that are so important in learning to be insightful and compassionate mindfulness teachers.

Sharpham Trust has been a wonderful home for our Emergence Magazine retreats over the years. The land is deeply beautiful and alive, and the sincere and heartfelt care that goes into every aspect of the space—from the grounds to the food and staff—is tangible. It truly is a special place that we love to return to each year.
I love running my Song Leader Training at Sharpham! It's such a special place to go on a journey together as a group, and the venue makes the experience of the training all the more memorable and magical for people. We love singing in the Octagon room, it's a really perfect place to hold a singing container. The staff and food are amazing, and we hope to run events at Sharpham for years to come!

Well, what a weekend! It was truly FABULOUS in every way!On behalf of The Daisy Garland and the 15 lovely mums who joined our Time4Me Retreat, a BIG Daisy thank you to the entire Sharpham Team for giving us THE most perfect weekend. Everything was tip top! Even the weather!
The weekend was completely magical. A weekend we’ll never forget. Interestingly, many of us are still feeling the laid back vibe of Sharpham House, me included. I wonder if this is something you hear often? We can’t wait to come back next year!
