14 July 2021 update

Trust Director Julian Carnell says:

The Government plans to lift most restrictions in the UK as of July 19, but with the virus increasing significantly and as part of our duty of care to keep people safe, we have decided to keep most of our existing Covid protocols in place.

Retreatants have responded positively to how we've been taking care of people here at Sharpham and we'd like to carry on with this approach including social distancing, increased cleaning and hygiene measures and asking people to wear a mask when moving around communal indoor areas.

We have worked hard to make Sharpham House, The Barn and our Woodland Campsite Covid-secure to ensure your safe stay with us, and we'll be taking a cautious approach to the relaxation of restrictions, as I explain in this video:

For more details, see the Covid-secure arrangements for each of our retreat venues below.

Stay safe.

Online Retreats & Courses

Our online experiences are proving very popular.

We have FREE weekly meditation sessions, open to all.

With our Retreats at Home, we are keen to retain the unique characteristics of a Sharpham experience so, unlike many online offerings, we limit the numbers to retain small group interaction and sharing opportunities.

We are also offering our 8-week course in Mindfulness & Wellbeing online too, offering a tried-and-tested route into meditation.

Our aim is to ensure the long-term viability of The Trust and the Sharpham Estate so that we can continue to help benefit all the people that visit us. We will keep people updated through our website and newsletter – sign up here: www.sharphamtrust.org/subscribe

Lastly all of us here at The Trust hope that you have the support needed to navigate these difficult times. We are supporting and maintaining our community here at Sharpham through this time via our large collection of free meditations that you can play or download from our website here: www.sharphamtrust.org/resources

We hope that your involvement with Sharpham will help to sustain you in these difficult times and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Estate in the near future.

If you would like to help Sharpham through this difficult time there are three ways to do so. You can:

1. MAKE A DONATIONwww.sharphamtrust.org/donate - we would be extremely grateful.
