Thursday 15 February, 10.15am to 1.15pm, Sharpham Woodland Campsite kitchen
Join us under our wooden shelter to enjoy bushcraft and learning how to make a log fire!
We will take a short walk around the beautiful Sharpham landscape to collect our own kindling.
Then kids will learn how to make small fires safely, using fire steels and tinder.
We'll cook - and eat! - some campfire treats like Scotch pancakes and trail bread, and we'll make hot chocolate and herbal teas too.
Don't worry: there are toilets, running water and drinking water onsite nearby.
This event takes place on Thursday 15 February, from 10.15am to 1.15pm.
Families are welcome to stay around the fire for a further 30 minutes until 1.45pm to eat a packed lunch.
