Trainee regenerative/organic gardeners - 1 year placement with accommodation & food box, weekly allowance & bills included

We, together with The Apricot Centre CIC, are offering a FREE 1-year traineeship running from January-December 2025 for THREE trainees.

You'll get:

• The chance to work at Sharpham
• A Level 3 qualification in Regenerative Land-Based Systems
• A Permaculture Design Certificate

The Level 3 qualification is Ofqual-regulated and awarded by the Crossfields Institute. The Permaculture Design Certificate is awarded by the Permaculture Association.

The course is valued at £6,000 and placements are five days a week: four working at Sharpham and one day learning at the Apricot Centre.

Students are offered accommodation and an £80 per week allowance, plus all bills and a food box are included too. You'll need to collect and keep expense receipts throughout your time with us.
