Mindfulness & Retreats

Sharpham is an internationally-recognised centre for mindfulness retreats and nature connection, with more than 40 years' experience.

We have a variety of venues on our beautiful 550-acre estate in South Devon: including nature-immersed solitary and woodland retreats, communal retreats at The Barn and in The Coach House, or stay amid history and elegance in the Georgian mansion that is Sharpham House.

On each of our in-person retreats, we'll be inviting you to connect with nature and yourself in beautiful surroundings with inspiring leaders.

We also offer Retreats at Home, sharing the spirit of Sharpham via virtual retreats.
