Sweet treats that are easy to make and that can be vegan.
Think of them as healthier alternatives to chocolates...
Ingredients
- 180g chopped, dried apricot
- 200g peeled, chopped apple
- 6 rice cakes, lightly crushed
- 30g carob, cocoa or protein powder
- 150ml agave syrup, maple syrup or honey
- 120g toasted sunflower seeds
- 60g toasted sesame seeds
- 80g rolled oats
- 200g tahini
Method
Mix all the ingredients together.
Roll into 25 balls and refrigerate.
