A participant on one of our 1-Day online Retreats at Home wrote this poem afterwards
Path
Twenty-four hours now since they left,
twelve screen sisters for a day.
We felt out the lands, each of twelve lands
and the six-hour land together.
We found a space and everything in it:
the loved, the hated, the feared;
the mysterious, the discovered, the known;
the lost, the beautiful, the missing.
Outside I walked a path in deep grass
from sun to shade, the tree and back,
four steps a breath, turning and turning,
twenty minutes to walk and breathe.
A path of light grew in the grass -
it’s still here one day on
blurring a little now, for us each
to follow twelve tomorrows.
