We've got some new people at Sharpham for you to meet!

Lucy Bell is a new staff member to go with a new project: Mindful-In-Nature.

We were given funding over four years to deliver mindfulness teaching in the Great Outdoors to people in mental health recovery - and Lucy is fronting that project. She'll also be helping to organise our volunteers and our events.

Verity Weedon is our book-keeper, having left behind a career in dental health to concentrate on the numbers.

She and her family love nature and live locally, so she'll be coming out from behind her desk to sample Sharpham's amazing setting as much as possible.

Sometimes a new beginning means an end, and we are saying goodbye to our former Garden Apprentice Luca Middleton in order to say hello to our new apprentice Amy Cairns.

Amy will be supporting our Head Gardener Bryony in working in the Walled Garden and grounds surrounding Sharpham House - read Bryony's latest garden news piece here
