Nimbus the black cat lives on at The Barn, in this sleek variety of sweet pea that is his namesake.
The Barn retreat centre lost its longest-staying retreatant late last year (see pictures and commemorations to him here).
But Barn gardener Lucca came across seeds for a dark and mysterious breed of organic sweet pea with the same name as the much-loved retreat centre feline.
Lucca grew the flowers close to where Nimbus is buried, besides the washing line at the back of The Barn, and they gave a wonderful show this summer - as you can see from the pictures.
