A place in which to meditate
In the words of our retreatants
- I've been coming to the Barn for seven years and it just keeps on getting better! Thank you.

Forthcoming Retreats
Kuti Meditation Hut
The hut contains a bed with quilt and linen, meditation mat, wood burning stove and calor cooking stove. An earth toilet and also space for walking meditation are nearby within your private acre of secluded grounds. Other necessities - eg extra blankets, meditation stool, etc - can be collected from the Barn building.
Lunch, prepared by Barn retreatants, can be discretely collected from the main building daily (Monday to Friday). All other food can be collected from the Barn food store: this is done at the beginning of your stay. You can also top up supplies any time during the week, usually at times when other retreatants are in meditation. Most kuti retreatants like to take a shower in the main house at this time too.
The retreatant is expected to create their own personal daily structure which includes meditation and two hours of work meditation on the land. Support is given with this on your arrival.
Retreatants are welcome to stay in the kuti for a full seven day week (Sunday to Sunday). Fees (to cover all of the above) are the same as regular Barn retreat fees. You are also welcome to stay for shorter periods for which standard/supported rates are £35/£27 per day.
