Meditation Guidance

New to meditation? We recommend you listen to and practise one or two of these before coming to the Barn.

The Gaia House website has a useful 15 minute  introduction to meditation by Catherine Magee.

Martine Batchelor describes Buddhist meditation its value in daily life , and possible benefits to us at work in these 12, 8 and 6 minute Youtube clips.

Tara Brach's one hour videos are useful for new and experienced practitioners. She describes the importance of  our attitude to meditation. Tara teaches at the Insight Meditation Community of Washington DC.

Complete beginners may find this ten minute meditation guidance by Andy Puddicombe helpful.
