Booking Process and Fees

STEP ONE: Check suitability

To ensure that what we offer is right for you, please look at our weekly schedule and read other information provided on this site carefully. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

STEP TWO: Check availability

We run retreats every week of the year, from Sunday to Saturday. Take a look at our retreat calendar to find a good time to come, then contact us to check availability.

STEP THREE: Send booking form

Please complete this online booking form. Alternatively you can download this Booking Form.docx, complete it and email or post it back to us.

STEP FOUR: Pay deposit

After we receive your booking form we will let you know how to pay a deposit.

If you need to cancel: All money paid in excess of the deposit fee will be refunded. If the place is filled then the deposit can either be used in full for another week within the following year, or refunded minus an admin fee of £20.

Disclaimer: Managers reserve the right to ask retreatants to leave the Barn if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or is impacting negatively on the well-being of other Barn residents. The full fee may not be returned in such cases.

STEP FIVE: Meditate

Sitting with your back straight, close your eyes and gently focus your attention on the breath as it flows in and out of the body. Continue for at least two minutes before starting your next activity.
