These drop-in evenings are for people who have attended a course and wish to top up their mindfulness skills through regular practice.
One of our experienced mindfulness teachers will take the evening. The evenings run from 7.30pm to 9.15pm.
Concessions are made for over 60s; full time students; Under 16s; unemployed; disability benefits.
