Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing
This 8-week course provides an in-depth exploration of Mindfulness skills and techniques, together with a clear and focused framework within which to practise and develop them.
We have two venues depending on which day your course runs.
On Wednesday evenings, the course will be held in Sharpham South Wing from 7.30pm -9.30pm.
On Friday mornings, the course is held at The Quaker House in Totnes from 10am - 12 noon.
The Quaker Friends Meeting House in Totnes can be found in Ticklemore Street, which lies off The Plains, near the old bridge at Totnes. The address is Friends Meeting House, 3 Ticklemore Street, Totnes, TQ9 5EJ.
