• Thank you Anna (and John) for a memorable couple of days. Lots of really genuine and deep enthusiasm from the young people that shared the experience. The beauty of the place and your warmth and clarity really has had an effect this year. It would be great to return next year and build on that with some of the same students (currently nearly all keen to sign up now!) It was a real privilege to be part of and witness such a real epiphany for some of them, concentrating on creating space to grow and wonder was definitely the best approach Thank you so much.

  • Absolutely loved Sharpham and I would definitely go back, it's a beautiful place! For me the whole experience was great! I especially loved setting the badger traps, I found that incredibly interesting. I would really like to follow their progress with the inoculation programme.

  • The trip was brilliant. I think I enjoyed learning about trees and the environment the most, mainly just because I was learning something new every minute

  • I wanted to write and say a massive thank you Jack and Kate ‚Ķfor our simply wonderful Dartmoor Society visit that all our Members thoroughly enjoyed on Friday 14th March. Without exception, everyone had the highest praise for the content of the tour led by the very eloquent Dr Steaphan Hazell, the general organisation with teas, coffees, biscuits etc as well as the simply superb lunch. I am delighted to say that some of our members even visited the shop to partake with additional goodies which they could enjoy after they got home.

  • I would just like to say a huge thank you for my children's experience at Sharpham's Summer Explorers. My child had an amazing time and I felt completely safe leaving them with Anna as I felt she and Beth were both fun and hugely caring to each individual child and armed with a wealth of knowledge up their sleeves. I feel it is unusual to find people who seem to really focus on each child as an individual in these group settings. My child left with new wisdom for the world and sparkle in his eyes. He is still teaching us the things he learnt when we go out somewhere.
