Weddings at Sharpham
On a few limited occasions each year, the Trust welcomes couples to use Sharpham House and its wonderful gardens exclusively for their weddings.
Watch the Sharpham Wedding Video that captures the magic of holding a wedding at Sharpham.
Before and after the wedding, you and up to 31 of your guests can be accommodated in comfortable bedrooms among relaxed surroundings, while you can choose from five elegant rooms in this Palladian mansion designed in 1770 by Sir Robert Taylor, all licensed to hold your civil wedding ceremony.
Your reception and drinks can be taken in the tranquil setting of lush lawns and gardens where eye-catching natural scenery makes a fabulous backdrop for your wedding, helping to create memorable photographs.
Our dedicated wedding coordinator, Rosie Weston and her talented team will help guide and advise you on any aspect of your wedding needs.
Rosie, 2012 winner of The Good Food Guide’s Al Fresco Restaurant of the Year Award runs Vine Event Catering and the acclaimed Vineyard Café, only steps away from the House at the Sharpham Partnership Vineyard.
Rosie, who herself was married at Sharpham House, shares your passion for excellence. Her calm attentive service and genuine friendly approach have been very much appreciated by many couples who have planned and enjoyed their perfect wedding day here.
With Sharpham House and its grounds, and Rosie’s dedicated team, we think this makes us a very special venue indeed.
Please contact us to discuss availability. We are always happy to arrange viewings at a mutually convenient time.
