Ceremony & Receptions
The Sharpham Trust has been granted a marriage and civil partnerships licence.
We can offer you any of five elegant rooms in which to hold your ceremony and/or reception.
The Outer Hall with its fabulous architecture and stunning river views.
The Inner Hall with its famous dramatic elliptical cantilevered staircase and domed rooflight.
The Music Room with its panoramic views of the Devon countryside and the river Dart.
The Octagonal Room also with panoramic views of the Devon countryside and the river Dart. This is a lovely space in which to relax and, if it’s chilly outside, we can light a log fire.
The South Wing Hall with its handsomevaulted ceiling, stone floors, woodburning stove and lovely views over the garden.
Each of the five ceremony rooms is licensed to seat up to 60 guests; the inner and outer halls can be combined to seat 120 guests.
